ABOUT YOU
As a bachelor's degree holder with a passion for Early Childhood education, your role will be pivotal in creating an environment where culture and community thrive alongside learning. You will have:
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- crafting and implementing engaging learning content for your classroom
- the ability to guide children in developing and maintaining positive behavior
- the capacity to actively participate in play with children, always ensuring their safety
- the skill to build strong relationships with families to enhance each child's experience
- radiating positivity, enthusiasm, and energy
- unwavering commitment, focus, and passion
- the cleverness to be able to maintain professionalism while infusing a fun sense of humor into your work
