The role requires knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards. Applicants must possess a strong work ethic and be willing to adapt to the required tasks. Full-time and Part-time Educators will be considered, given their flexibility, enthusiasm, and work ethic.
Successful candidates will hold a recognised Early Childhood qualification, such as an Early Childhood Degree or Diploma in Children’s Services and are ‘Working Towards’ ECT qualification. In addition, applicants must have:
- A Working with Children Check
- A Senior First Aid/ Anaphylaxis/ Asthma certificate
- Child Protection Certification
- An understanding of the Code of Conduct, WHS Principles and Education and Care Regulations
