About the service
Centrally located near local shops and schools, this service has garnered an outstanding reputation within the community. The Private Kindergarten caters to 3-5 year olds.
There are two outdoor play spaces, a sandpit, a cubby house, and a dirt patch, and our curriculum uses many natural, loose parts and materials.
It is a large indoor space with many open-ended play areas for children to play and learn in, both individually and in small and large groups. Long, uninterrupted periods of play and learning are on offer for the children to explore and re-visit throughout each day.
The service aims to foster and strongly encourage community participation and engagement, teamwork, a sense of agency, decision-making, problem-solving, conflict resolution skills, independence, self-love, and opportunities for learning through our varied and challenging curriculum.
This full-time role will see you working alongside another two ECTs in managing a group of up to 22 children.
