Early Childhood Teacher/Educational Leader

Bright Steps Academy Mildura (BSAM) is a newly established state of the art service that is open Monday - Friday (inclusive) between the hours of 6am-6pm.

At BSAM you will be joining a growing team who have a diverse range of experience in Early Childhood and a passion to develop a team of genuine and exceptional educators with a strong work ethic and positive mindset.

If this sparks your interest, these are the qualities we are looking for:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood ACECQA approved qualification
• Current registration with Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
• Experience in implementing a Kinder Program
• Educational Leadership experience or willingness to be supported in the role.
• Experience in building relationships with children, families, educators
• Previous experience in an early education and care service is preferable. May suit new graduate with a passion for the early years.
• Commitment to the National Quality Framework and ability to support the team to provide exceeding early education and care.
• Sound knowledge of the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework and EYLF.
• Able to support the team around you.
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Caring, loving and supportive nature.
• Commitment to the children, families and your fellow Educators.
• Understanding of Child Protection legislation
