It’s official, our team of Educators are just extraordinary.  So much love and respect for each other and always ready to welcome any new team member with a smile, and you will see and feel a warm environment as soon as you step into any of our 5 early learning sanctuary’s.

It’s all about dimmed lighting, Doterra oils and diffusers in each room, relaxation music in the entrance area to invite all our families and Children into the most tranquil, calm, and inviting atmosphere.

We love our Reggio Emilia inspired classrooms with all natural resources offered to inspire our children, whilst offering our amazing Educators a beautiful place to spend time with their little learners.

Small classrooms are a must for our Children, so they can feel safe and secure, every day.  These small class sizes also create a calming feel as you step into our rooms.  Our Families often comment on how peaceful it is as they walk through the centre, we have even been told on many occasions that it feels like a day spa.  These small rooms are also designed to allow our beautiful Educators to spend quality time with each individual child and have a more relaxing environment to work in.  Happy Educators, Happy families, Happy Children!

We want our Children to be capable, confident, and ready to walk out of FiRST early learning, knowing that they were so well cared for, and they had the best start to early education.

The Children love their fortnightly swimming lessons, and we feel wonderful knowing that our Children move forward in becoming confident around water.  Now this is SO IMPORTANT.  The bus drive to the swimming pool gathers so many smiles from our Children and it’s a great way for the Children to socialize.

Bush kinder is a fun day out, stepping into the outdoors and exploring this wonderful world of nature. There’s plenty to talk about and so much to see.  Collecting natural resources is always on the Children’s high priority list as they can bring them back to the centre and work on those imaginations, to build and create anything and everything.

Our maintenance man often joins our bush kinder days and cooks a sausage sizzle for our hungry Children and Educators.

Our little babies and toddlers don’t miss out on the fun, they have ongoing, fortnightly incursions and their 6-seater pram allows us to take them out to explore this wonderful world as well.  It’s all about our Children here at FiRST early learning and it is so evident when joining our team.

Our Centre Director and Assistant Director are so hands on and have been chosen for this important role because they are caring and empathetic individuals who are also Educators. They know how important it is to help and respect their team.  They will have your back and support you in all things Early Education.  The Owners are also extremely hands on and all qualified in early education, so they too know how important the job is, how fun and how tough it can be.  It’s all about supporting each other to get through these busy days.

Opportunities with FiRST are endless and are always offered to the FiRST team before outsourcing, it’s about lifting anyone who chooses to progress in any area.
