AddressPosition Overview: As a File Packing and Carton Handling Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our document management process. You will be responsible for packing important files into cartons, ensuring they are securely stored and ready for transportation. This role involves manual labour, including the use of trolleys to move cartons into containers, as well as a component of auditing to maintain accuracy in our records. Please note this is short term project work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack important files and documents into cartons following specified guidelines.
- Safely operate trolleys to transport cartons to and from containers.
- Conduct periodic audits to verify the accuracy of file placement and labelling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work space.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment
Working Hours:
- Full-time positions with our hours spanning between 8:00AM - 5:00PM
