About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Early Talent Coordinator for our client to support our Australia and NZ recruitment campaign. As an Early Talent Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to coordinating interviews and providing support throughout the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Utilize recruitment systems effectively to manage candidate applications and track progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Conduct phone screenings with candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Respond promptly and professionally to candidate inquiries via email and phone, providing clear and concise information.
Assist with candidate queries and provide support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Generate reports and analyse recruitment data to identify trends, track progress, and make recommendations for process improvement.
Collaborate with team members to organize and execute recruitment events, such as orientations and information sessions.
Take ownership of assigned projects, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams across various product groups and locations to support recruitment initiatives and meet hiring goals.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards in all recruitment activities.
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous experience in recruitment or HR.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for conducting phone screenings and responding to candidate inquiries.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience with recruitment systems and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture.
Manual C Class Drivers Licence
