About you
As our Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning environment for our children while fostering a supportive and engaging workplace culture.
We are looking for a strong leader with experience in a similar setting. You must demonstrate a proven ability to use your communication skills to persuade, engage, inspire, and motivate a team of passionate Educators to deliver optimal learning outcomes for the families being served.
Other requirements include:
- Diploma in Child Services (or higher)
- Minimum of 1-2 years continuous experience as a Centre Manager
- Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Experienced at A&R with positive outcomes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with families and the wider community
- Strong organisational and time management skills
