Your focus will also be to deliver and exceed the financial, quality, Safety, development, and retention targets.This position is located in Moorebank and will report to the Motion Services Division Manager.Your responsibilitiesBeing responsible for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and all other business compliance standards and regulations in own area of responsibilityEnsuring a safe work environment and continuous improvement in HSE processes and integrity performance throughout the service organizationGuiding, motivating, and developing direct and indirect subordinates. Improving service availability, providing training, and developing capabilities and competenciesEnsuring that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the East Coast service operations through collaboration with other businessesExecuting service and sales channel strategy within own area of responsibility. Implementing productized service offerings and materials for marketing purposes and invests in service sales to increase market penetrationEnsuring customer focus, understanding of sense of urgency and care in responsibility. Driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring performance targets as part of the respective unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.)Investing in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global directionDriving continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements to achieve service excellence and increase profitability in the own area of responsibilityYour backgroundMinimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within a Service environmentExperience in SAP and Sales Force is an added advantageExperience in the delivery of service agreementsDemonstrated experience in operation excellence of service engineers.Ability to work independently, demonstrate excellent time management skills and be an excellent communicatorMore about usABB Motion Services serve customers around the globe with innovative services to maximize performance, uptime, and energy efficiency throughout the lifetime of electrical motion solutions.
