Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for an experienced top performer with an impressive track record as either a sales agent, or buyers’ agent and deep connections in the Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

We provide our team with all the support and technology for you to fly high and be a best-in-class Buyer’s Agent.
We are a well-established team of 30 passionate people with multiple offices across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast and are an established and leading buyers’ agency who will support your growth.

What will you be doing in this role:
- Working mainly across the prestigious Eastern Suburbs
- Networking to generate leads for the business
- Create buyer briefs and sign up new clients
- Market research on pricing, growth, rental returns
- Inspecting properties
- Appraising and evaluating target properties
- Networking with agents to access off market opportunities
- Negotiate purchases via private treaty and auction
- Conducting relevant due diligence
- Bidding at auction
- Managing buyers through the purchasing journey
- Manage a pipeline of clients.
The right candidate will have:
- Extensive experience as a buyers’ / selling agent
- Knowledge of the Sydney’s Eastern suburbs
- A genuine passion for real estate
- Well-connected network
- A track record of 5 star customer service skills
- Immaculate presentation and confidently spoken
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- A real estate license
- A reliable car and valid drivers license
- Flexibility to work Saturdays
