Lady Gowrie Qld is a leader in ECEC, sponsoring a diverse range of early childhood education and care services. This includes: long day care services with embedded kindergarten programs, community sessional kindergartens, early years services and an integrated child and family support service.
We are seeking a 4 year Early Childhood Bachelor Qualified professional to work as part of our Central Governing Body team. This role is Full Time and provides support to a dispersed number of Community Kindergartens affiliated with Lady Gowrie across QLD.
We are seeking applicants with strong communication and interpersonal skills who is able to draw upon a range of leadership strategies to engage with different teaching teams and committees. Your knowledge and experience in a range of early childhood areas including pedagogy and practice, inclusion, wellbeing, curriculum and strategic planning are key in being able to successfully support and inspire service based teams. Contemporary knowledge of best practices in early childhood education and a practical understanding of curriculums and the NQS is essential for this role. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- This position is Full Time and based in Brisbane
- Permanent Full time position - 38 hours per week Monday to Friday
- Applicants must have the ability to travel and manage their work schedule independently
