Pub Licensee - Western Suburbs $90k-100k + S

The Group & Role:Venue Manager/ LicenseeThis group has established and reputable pubs located throughout the Sydney market & is on the lookout for their next venue manager/ licensee. They have a long track record of successful operations in a varied portfolio. This opportunity however is best suited to a publican style operator, who is good with their numbers, has confidence in their ability to set up & manage a well oiled, team & operation with the focal point of the bars/ gaming room.With very hands on and positive operators these venues are run with professionalism and support, that same philosophy that is carried on to their teams.To be considered for this job you will need:

• Minimum Assistant Manager level experience, in a higher gaming turnover & consistent bar scene.
• Pre-existing Licensee or General Manager experience would be highly valued
• Be a community focused individual & genuinely enjoy interacting with your patrons.
• Have a supportive and positive management style.
• Display exceptional communication skills.
• Good general knowledge of pub operations.
• Ability to handle & balance cash in a professional & skilled manner.
• Self motivated and able to work with a significant amount of autonomy.
• Must be hands on and able to multi task.
• Solid financial knowledge, ability to manage a P&L and how to achieve budget.
• Work well under pressure and adapt to change.
