About the role

As the Ecommerce Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and delivering website content, optimisations and site support to contribute to the delivery of website sales and engagement.

You'll also:

  • Manage the end-to-end briefing & delivery of website content with a focus on design and promotion messaging
  • Execute all content updates for the homepage and pages across the website
  • Deliver web optimisation activities including navigation management, page set up and management, SEO updates, on-site merchandising etc
  • Develop shoppable content pages and SEO updates
  • Perform daily site walks and checks for assets and promotions
  • Provide weekly CRM email planning support
  • Support third-party campaign execution with set up and testing support
  • Provide additional team support with ad hoc promotion code set up and product enrichment when required
About you and your skills

We're looking for an Ecommerce coordinator with a basic understanding of content, website optimisation and digital metrics, as well as experience in executing on site promotions and offers to deliver sales across our websites. This is a great role for a graduate or a Ecommerce coordinator with 6-12 months experience in industry.

You'll also need:

  • Experience working across an Ecommerce website
  • Basic experience in on-site content and asset management
  • Good communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Basic analytical skills and an understanding of digital metrics
  • An degree in marketing or digital based subjects will be advantageous
