WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

Our ecommerce business is growing and we are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our growing warehouse team! 

We are seeking a full time Online Fulfilment Coordinator to join our Adelaide warehouse team, reporting directly to the Managing Director. This role primarily involves overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure timely delivery of online orders, managing inventory efficiently, and streamlining operations for improved performance. 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

Key responsibilities of the role:

Ecommerce Order Fulfilment

  • Picking and packing orders with key focus on accuracy
  • Manage all online orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment 
  • Process returns and exchanges 
  • Answer customer queries in timely manner and resolve any issues. 

Stock Management

  • Manage incoming inventory 
  • Organise stock deliveries to store network 
  • Conduct regular stocktakes with key focus to prevent oversell of best sellers due to inventory inaccuracy. 
  • Unpacking and sorting of regular deliveries to warehouse. This will include some heavy lifting such as unpacking containers and moving stock around warehouse. 

General Duties

  • General organisation of warehouse
  • Implementing procedures for warehouse team
  • Plan and coordinate movement of inventory between stores and main warehouse
  • Management of warehouse email and actioning any stock requests from stores or head office team. 
  • Transport of deliveries between stores may also be required at times

What we are looking for in the ideal candidate?

  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential. If you have limited experience, an ability to learn new systems quickly is essential. 
  • Self motivated and high attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining high standards in accuracy is essential. 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Extremely well organised and process driven
  • Ability to work solo or delegate effectively to team members during periods
  • Experience in Shopify, Shipstation, Zendesk and Lightspeed preferred but not essential
