About the Role:
As the Head of Growth (E-Commerce), you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's expansion across various channels. Your responsibilities will include implementing strategies across platforms such as Google, meta, and social media to increase customer acquisition as we continue to scale. By deeply understanding our customer demographics, you will devise and execute strategies to effectively reach and engage our target audience, utilizing data insights to drive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead innovative e-commerce marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, acquire new customers, and drive revenue growth, while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee all customer acquisition efforts and manage revenue forecasts based on historical performance and future growth strategies.
- Direct media buying and budget allocation across platforms like Google and Facebook, optimizing budget distribution to drive growth.
- Collaborate with the web team to optimize the website and implement necessary conversion rate optimization (CRO) changes.
- Develop marketing funnels to facilitate successful customer acquisition and drive campaign management across channels.
- Manage digital strategies including social media, influencer marketing, TikTok Brand Amplification, and SEO, staying abreast of emerging trends for a competitive advantage.
- Cultivate and maintain a strong brand identity to foster customer loyalty and engagement through strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and stay informed on consumer behavior and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the creative team to introduce new creatives and test their effectiveness in advertising campaigns.
- Create engaging ad copy aligned with brand tone and collaborate with the team to test different angles and creatives.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the DTC e-commerce space.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Excellent knowledge of Meta and Google ads, as well as Google Merchant Center.
