About The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join Kitchen Warehouse focusing on the management and execution of end-to-end eCommerce operations for our Everten and Kitchenware.com.au websites.
You will be a results driven high performer who will be provided with the resources to drive financial outcomes of these websites. An attractive incentive package will be aligned with these outcomes.
Located in Perth (preferred) or Melbourne, this role will report to the Head of Ecommerce.
This is a diverse role which will interact with the Digital, Merchandising, Buying, Planning, Web Development, IT and Marketing functions to lead day-to-day operations of the Everten and Kitchenware digital channels and drive sales and profitability for both sites.

Responsibilities
- Ecommerce management including but not limited to managing website performance, pricing, promotions, conversion rate optimisation and merchandising to deliver sales and margin results to budget via website performance, pricing and purchasing strategy, merchandising, marketplaces and utilisation of the dropship channel.
- Lead day-to-day operations of Everten and Kitchenware digital channels, ensuring alignment with marketing and product plans.
- Develop sales forecasts, analysing historical data and market trends to inform projections. Review sales by week / by day / by promotion to agree future activity and track sales performance to budget, forecast & LY by promotion and key web metrics.
- Coordinate with Buying, Merchandising and Marketing teams to test, configure, and implement web assets, content, and promotions on schedule.
- Identify opportunities to enhance sales, profitability, and customer experience and drive sales, engagement, and conversion across the sites.
- Resolve issues, maintain service levels, and standards, including troubleshooting systems & solving website-related errors
- Ensure product copy, images and content is accurately represented and optimised for the customer journey and SEO
- Work with the CRM team on the strategy, performance, lead generation and promotional content
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-site SEO is monitored and improved upon.
- Formulate and deliver marketplace strategy for Everten and Kitchenware brands with a focus on ranging, pricing and profitability.
About you
Qualifications, knowledge, and skills
Essential
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an e-commerce role.
- Hands-on experience working with ecommerce platforms (Netsuite, Shopify and Magento etc.)
- Experience in sales forecasting and managing P&L
- Experienced with online merchandising & search techniques
- Advanced skills with Google Analytics and Looker studio
- Previous experience with Marketplace strategies
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
- Highly commercial, always with an eye on revenue
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of web design and UX standards
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience working across multiple brands/websites concurrently
- Previous re-platforming experience
- Knowledge of technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, JQuery and CSS
- Strong technical ability highly favoured
- Experience using JIRA, Asana or other project management tools
- CRM experience
