We are located in Deebing Heights which is a brand new suburb in the Ipswich region. We come together to share, learn and grow and provide inspiring environments to our children and families.
Deebing Heights Early Learning Centre is a privately owned centre where we cater for children aged from 6 weeks to 5 years. We can make a positive start to a life of learning, development, growth and opportunity. It's our responsibility to do all we can to deliver a personalised experience to all our children and families.
We are looking for inspiring and motivated Full-Time & Permanent Part Time Lead Educators and educators to support our team who have experience in our field.
As a part of our team, you will:

- Be trained on Curriculum planning and the way we program

- Be part of a passionate team with great relationships with children and families
Successful candidates will:
- Hold a minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum Diploma for Lead Educator Applicants)
- Have their current Blue Card (for paid workers, not volunteers)
- Have a current CPR and First Aid certificate including Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Be able to follow instructions and understand routines.
- Have a high level of hygiene
- Be willing to clean throughout the day to ensure we maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Be able to multi-task and move between various age groups.
- Have a basic understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Be willing to learn about programming and curriculum planning (no experience in this area needed)
- Be able to embrace the centre values and philosophy
- Nurture authentic connections with our children and families
- Collaborate with families and the community through interaction, curriculum and documentation
- Maintain an environment of consideration where we care for and respect ourselves, others and the environment.
- Encourage a collaborative workplace by sharing ideas with your co workers
