• Provide high level leadership and management to the NMPD Administrative team, including performance reviews, mentoring, up-skilling, and auditing.
• Provide Governance and support around the development of Procedural Governance documents and applying education resource development principles.
• Manage all aspects of the Education Tool and Requisite Education Framework (REF) procedures from creation to final approval. This includes providing correct templates and forms for completion i.e., ERIAF, SC-LOL Education Tool Request Form, Review Table. Provide induction on the Education Tool process to new NMPDT staff.
• Ensure compliance to educational governance requirements from NMPD Team.

Remuneration based pro rata on equivalent full time value up to $127 235 p.a., comprising salary rates: $51.69 - $56.24 p.h.employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO5) (temporary position available for six to twelve months, 38 hrs p.f.).
