What you'll do
- Ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all editorial and social content
- Create content blending traditional corporate communications with a modern journalistic lens
- Focus on crafting news and analysis-rich stories directed at key stakeholder groups, especially media and employees
- Utilize freelancers, external partners, and creative solutions to effectively tell stories
- Oversee content on various channels, including website, social media, building screens, and desktop wallpapers
- Guide teams on maximizing content for increased audience engagement, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Hold a degree in a related discipline such as communications or journalism
- Technical or IT qualifications/certifications are desired
- 10 years' professional experience in journalism at the national level, showcasing expertise in writing, editing, and organizing news and storytelling
- Ability to translate complex concepts and ideas into concise and engaging content
- Well-organized with a high level of discretion and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization, with executives, and spokespeople
- Leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years leading high-performing teams
