Channel Partner/Account Manager - Western Australia

The Company
Our client is a leading international provider of safety and medical equipment and is seeking a talented and competent Channel Partner/Account Manager to join this well established and growing business and execute the WA Channel Partner Strategy.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the WA Regional Manager, (great mentoring), and working closely with the National Channel Manager and local Key Account Managers, this role will keep you busy, challenged, learning, and contributing!   

Your role is to strengthen the partner relationships, increase their product/service knowledge and help them reach their sales targets. 

This opportunity requires a team player who comes from a technical environment, is a strategic thinker with outstanding sales disciplines, influencing and negotiation skills and who can work collaboratively with various internal departments and stakeholders.

The Successful Channel Partner/Account Manager

Attitude, outlook and mindset are all critical, and the successful candidate will back these up with:

  • Channel Partner management experience, ideally with a technical product.
  • Strong and effective stakeholder engagement
  • 3-5 plus years’ experience in an Account Management role would be ideal.
  • Strong sales, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • A high level of compliance and attention to detail.
  • Be highly organised, have a positive attitude and a sense of urgency.
  • Have strong numerical and pricing understanding.
