Tasks & responsibilities
- Offering accurate advice, information, and assistance to clients regarding courses and study plans
- Liaise between clients, education institutions, and migration agent
- Participate in marketing activities, recruitment events, and exhibition
- Keeping clients updated on the progress of their applications and informing them of any changes
- Actively contributing to the growth of the firm's customer base and reputation by delivering top-tier service
