1. Education Consultant (Senior/Junior level)
Key responsibilities:
- Provide professional advice to international students regarding Australian institutions and study plans
- Responsible for students’ applications preparing and instructing the students to prepare relevant documents
- Liaise between students and admission colleagues or migration agent
- Assist the student in accepting the offer letter and achieving Coe
- Engage after-sale student service including enrolments
- Assist Clients in preparing Australian visa applications and related documents
- Participate in marketing activities or recruitment events.
- Update personal knowledge-bank via education partners’ training or self-learning
- Participating in the company's recruitment activities or exhibitions when the company needs it
Qualifications/Skills Requirements:
- Holding a valid Australian full-time working rights visa
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
- Education sector counselling experience most preferred
- QEAC Certification is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and high-negotiation abilities
- Strong abilities in time-managing and multi-tasking
- Have a certain sense of sales

Remuneration:
$55,000 - $80,000 plus Annual target bonus
2. Marketing Officer
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional seminars, campaigns, and group activities by the new policy updates.
- Identifying the market opportunities, and opening new marketing channels to attract sales.
- EvaluaPreparing the promotion materials such as the flyers. brochures and handouts, coordinating with the company designer, consulting, and admissions team.
- Establishing and maintaining digital media channels like Wechat, Weibo, and Facebook to launch the eMarketing campaigns
- Market researching, customer information collecting, data analyzing, preparing marketing report
- Supporting sales team by providing marketing analysis.
Qualifications/Skills Requirements:
- Holding a valid Australian full-time working rights visa
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
- Outstanding attention to detail and reliability
- Strong problem-solving and high-negotiation abilities
- Good Communication Skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications
- Strong abilities in time-managing and multi-tasking
- QEAC Certification is preferred
- Australian bachelor/master study experience preferred
- Familiarity with Australian Universities/school applications system preferred
