An exciting opportunity has become available or arisen for a Marketing Operations Officer to join the Customer & Stakeholder Engagement group within Sydney Water.
Seeking a dedicated individual to support the Brand, Media, and Marketing team. Main duties include campaign project management, monitoring, contract managements, and general administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Project management of marketing and events activities.
- Handle administrative tasks and designated projects within the Brand, Media, and Marketing team.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Manage procurement processes, ensuring compliance with policies and handling supplier interactions.
- Support internal and external clients, providing solutions and maintaining high confidentiality and discretion.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Able to work through ambiguity, competing priorities whilst maintaining focus and energy.
- Optimistic, energetic, positive, solution focused, can-do approach, adaptable
- Ideally experience working in an SAP environment.
- Excellent computer skills and experience with the operation of a variety of Windows based applications including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Experience in business report writing.
Essential Requirements:
- Diploma in business, communications, or a related field.
