As an Education Consultant with People Development Command you will design, develop and evaluate educational products. You will work in a team reporting to the Quality Education Manager/RTO Advisor in the Quality Education Division. You will work in consultation with subject matter experts to create curriculum materials and share your expertise to ensure that all products are educationally robust.
The successful applicant will demonstrate their ability to create learner centred innovative products, work with subject matter experts and meet deadlines.

Your duties will include:
- Managing projects;
- Analysing and researching data to measure the effectiveness of training programs;
- Designing innovative, relevant and engaging educational products;
- Developing creative learning solutions that increase student engagement;
- Engaging and building positive relationships with a range of stakeholders;
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and work with others.
- Experience in managing and delivering educational projects.
- Advanced knowledge and skills in the full Microsoft Office Suite.
- A history of solving problems with innovative practical solutions.
- Awareness of flexible delivery techniques.
- Experience and/ or qualification in the field of learning and development will be highly regarded.
- One (1) x full-time, ongoing position available.
- This position is located at Victoria Police Academy, 1 View Mount Road, Glen Waverley.
