Johnson's is committed to delivering high-quality products and maintaining a standard of excellence and due to recent growth, is now seeking a dedicated individual to join our Johnson's Natural Formula team as Sales & Marketing Support (Equine & Ruminant) based in Kapunda, with travel opportunities to both Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
Position Overview: As Sales & Marketing Support (Equine & Ruminant), you will play a crucial role in assisting our National Sales Manager and Sales Representatives in various marketing aspects, including administration, customer inquiries, and social media management. This position involves three days in the office and two days on the road as a Commercial Sales Representative per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Direct phone inquiries to the relevant team member
- Monitor emails from the website and social media platforms
- Coordinate monthly calendar plans/events for the sales team
- Manage sourcing, ordering, distributing, and stock control of marketing material and merchandise
- Create content, photos, messaging, and analysis for relevant social media platforms
- Assist the National Sales Manager with reporting, account information, including sales agreements and invoice follow-up
- Collaborate with the team on updating the JNF website
- Follow up with end users regarding feed analysis, stock availability, and potential referrals
- Communicate relevant information to sponsored riders; and
- Support the team with quality inquiries and reports.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Good coordination and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Sales and/or marketing qualifications / experience
- An interest in equine, ruminant and small animals
- Ability to travel interstate; and
- Sound knowledge of equine practices (beneficial).
