About the Role
You will be responsible for supporting new and existing education providers with the delivery of partnership arrangements. You will ensure all education partnership arrangements are delivered in line with CPA Australia teaching and learning framework and credentialing framework, to support members to complete their CPA Program and support engagement around credentials, including new partners as part of the education strategy. It will also support new initiatives around our credentialing offer. The role oversees the operational delivery and quality assurance of the education partnerships arrangements.
Your Key Duties:
- Manage a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally across key regions to support learners and partners.
- Support new initiatives around the development of credentials and assist with project roll out.
- Foster and manage relationship with Higher Education stakeholders to support new initiative aligned with the education strategy.
- Managing prospective education partnerships, ensuring they are assessed through appropriate governance channels
- Prepare accurate budget data, validate assumptions and report on financial performance including the processing of invoices.
- Management of end of semester review process, including collating data from providers and performance analysis.
- Coordinate and conduct visits to education providers to ensure standards are being met and prepare necessary documentation and follow up reports.
About you
- Previous experience in a relationship driven role
- Strong project management and coordination experience
- Excellent attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to identify trends and directions for programs enhancement.
- Ability to identify risks and improvements and take appropriate action.
- Strong background in fostering relationships with Higher Education providers both domestically and internationally
- Prior experience in an education or learning and development environment.
- Previous experience supporting students.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with a wide group of internal and external stakeholders.
- Data gathering, analysis and interpretation skills.
- MS Project/scheduling software (intermediate level desirable)
