Develop and implement creative initiatives to increase learner interaction, retention, and satisfaction.
Utilise your IT knowledge to optimise the user experience across various digital platforms.
Generate innovative ideas to incorporate new technologies, including AI, into our learning ecosystem.
Take initiative in exploring emerging trends and tools to continuously improve engagement metrics.
Design and create engaging avatars and interactive elements to personalise the learning experience.
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT.
Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside the box.
Strong interest in and knowledge of new technologies, including AI and machine learning.
Ability to work independently and take initiative to implement new ideas.
Proficiency in creating avatars and interactive content is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
