Educational Counsellor

As an Educational Counsellor, some of your duties will be: 

• Counselling International students about education and career opportunities by helping them choosing right courses and institutions depending upon their profile and future needs.
• Handling inquiries, registrations, and follow-ups in a timely manner and fulfilling client needs at every stage of the process.
• Filling up applications forms, GST preparation assistance and following up on the process with education providers to ensure timely processing
• Collecting and maintaining accurate student data/information such as student personal and academic profile, visa status etc.
• Drafting visa application with accurate and up to date information to prepare decision ready files for lodgements by Registered Migration Agents.
• Maintaining individual, team, and company calendars and scheduling appointments and updating company databases.
• Creating content and participating in marketing activities such as live videos and social media posts to engage and build further client base.
• Liaison with students and education providers.
• Undertakes other duties, as required.  

Skills required for the role: 

• QEAC Certification preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Great customer service skills.
• Be customer-centric and have the ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
• Must have a sound knowledge of the Admission process.
• Demonstrated team player.

Remuneration – The industry standard rate will be discussed and mutually agreed upon with the successful candidate
