This position will work within the TrackOne Studio - Learning Analytics Suite.
TrackOne Studio supports data-driven decision making and helps to inform pedagogical change by consolidating information from across the school environment, and presenting real-time, user-friendly analytics for staff, students, and parents.
OpportunityThis is a full-time position for a Customer Onboarding and Support Analyst who will become a general all-rounder within our small team. You will be working closely with customers so you need to enjoy establishing and nurturing strong relationships. It is desirable that you have either experience working in the education sector, and/or exceptional analytical skills. While the team is very close-knit and supportive of one another, you will need to be able to work independently and be proactive in the development of your product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Be a point of contact to assist users in troubleshooting issues, with prompt follow-up through to resolution, escalating when required.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients, from technical set up coordination, data mapping and end-user training.
- Deliver engaging training sessions for individuals or small groups.
- Contribute to conversations regarding client needs and product enhancements.
- Help users to manage their Learning Analytics Suite sites to ensure that they are utilising the Suite to its maximum, making suggestions for improvement as required.
- Raise cases that require the development team to investigate and resolve.
Required
- Critical thinking, innovative problem solving and data analysis skills.
- Experience in a school setting or within the education sector, in particular the student academics area.
- Experience delivering small group training.
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Excellent time management skills.
- The ability to work in a hybrid working environment (remote and in our Brisbane office on a weekly basis).
- You must be eligible to obtain a Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- You must possess the right to live and work in Australia fulltime and ongoing.
Desired
- Customer support or Help Desk experience.
- Experience writing and running SQL database queries, or a willingness to learn.
- Experience using school management and/or learning management systems, such as TASS, Synergetic or Schoolbox.
