OUR PHILOSOPHY: to provide a welcoming community where parents, children and educators work in partnership to inspire successful learners and confident, creative individuals for the future.
- We believe in providing a holistic, child-centred approach supported by skilled, knowledgeable and passionate educators that encourage positive interactions to develop a strong sense of well-being. Our educators continually seek ways to build their professional knowledge and develop thriving learning communities.
- We believe that children have a voice, are capable of constructing their own learning and are resourceful, active contributors in their educational journey.
- We acknowledge that a partnership between educators and families is vital to achieving the best possible learning outcomes. Our educators recognise that families are a child’s first and most influential teacher.
- We believe children learn through exploration within an educational play-based curriculum including rich interactions of our natural world.
- We recognise and value the environment as a third teacher and strive to provide a learning space that entices and inspires children to become meaningfully engaged.
- We believe in respect for diversity and recognise that full inclusion contributes to the richness of our community. All children will have an equal opportunity to learn regardless of their gender, age, ethnicity, religion, language, ability, economic status and family structure
