Our Centre
We are situated on the grounds of St Bernardines Catholic Primary School. We have our own building, use of school hall, oval and our very own outdoor play space. St Bernardine’s OSHC is part of the St Bernardines Catholic Parish community and has been operating for over 20 years.Our centre boasts an expansive outdoor play area and offers a unique loose parts experience for children in our care. With hands-on involvement, children help cultivate our gardens, ensuring that the produce becomes a delicious part of our daily menu. Our service prides itself on a diverse range of resources tailored to meet the needs and interests of every child.At St Bernardines Outside School Hours Care we provide before school care, after school care and vacation care to up to 165 children.The Opportunity
We are seeking to appoint a part-time Educators (Children’s Services Employee) at St Bernardines Outside School Hours Care at Regents Park.Hours will be Monday to Friday, 25-30 hours per week.We currently have a great team of educators and looking to expand our team with passionate educators due to our numbers increasing. We offer PD opportunities for our Educators regularly to ensure our team has the knowledge to support the children and families in our care.A day in the life of an OSHC Educator…

Job Requirements

• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Effective workplace communication skills
