They are family-owned services that operates two centers adhering to the Montessori philosophy and methods of education. The Ideal Candidate:
Has knowledge, experience, or a strong interest in the Montessori philosophy and method of education.
- Possesses the ability to respond to children's developmental needs with care, nurturing, and respect.
- Is reliable, passionate, and committed to their role as an educator.
- Excels in developing and maintaining strong relationships with children, families, team members, and the community.
- Ensures compliance with Regulations, Policies, and Procedures at all times.
- Has the ability or interest to learn and contribute to the documentation of children's learning.
- Contributes to the effective operation of the service by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas, and working collaboratively as part of our team.
- Has a genuine interest in learning and following the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Essential Qualifications:
- Certificate III and/or Diploma, or an appropriate Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved course).
- First Aid Certificate HLTAID004 (including yearly refreshers of CPR HLTAID001 and emergency Asthma & Anaphylaxis management).
- Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
