The Training and Change Officer provides operational, change management, instructional and business support to the Business Systems Support Section, actively working as a team member to achieve Section and Divisional objectives.

Overview of responsibilities:
- Complete system administrative work including the maintenance of two applications (ViziRail and ITOPS).
- Be involved in system testing and assist in maintaining auditing requirements.
- Manage outlook and answer phone call/email queries from a wide range of areas in the business.
- Review security reporting and update user access.
- Create training information such as “how to” guides.
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to ensure the team operates effectively and efficiently.

What you will bring to the role:
- High level knowledge of MS office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Attention to detail and solutions focused.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable to change.
- Knowledge of railways, having a training background and/or previous experience with ViziRail and/or ITOPS is advantageous but not essential.
