Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance Group has exciting opportunities available. We are seeking to fill multiple Executive Officer/Branch Manager roles within the Capability Development Division (CDD).
The teams are looking for someone who has:

- Attention to detail.The Executive Officer/Business Manager is responsible for the following deliverables:
- Coordinate administrative and business support including reporting and financial requirements.
- Develop and implement business support documentation consistent with business requirements.
- Engage and work collaboratively with stakeholders on complex issues to achieve business outcomes. Building and sustaining effective and positive relationships.
- Take the initiative to progress work to meet business objectives, provide advice and guidance on more complex issues.
- Manage and coordinate Resources, Recruitment and Workforce requirements.
- Supervise a small team including administration officers and executive assistants.
About our Team
GWEO CDD is responsible for the design and development of a domestic GWEO manufacturing capability. This includes:
- Sponsoring projects and investment options to Government approval;
- Conducting cost, benefit and risk analysis to achieve a balanced and coordinated portfolio of investments;
- Developing a GWEO Manufacturing Master Plan; and
- Developing a Research and Development Roadmap and Project Management Plan.

Whilst part of a team, you will be comfortable working independently. A flexible attitude and ability to be across multiple tasks is an important requirement.
