Our client, a federal government agency, who is responsible for post market monitoring and reviews of therapeutic goods, is looking to recruit an
EL 1 Implementation Manager to support the management of laboratory testing program and Quality Management System.As an
EL 1 Implementation Manager, you will be providing support in information management and coordination of laboratory maintaince, including ongoing business improvements and management of two WHO designated Collaborating Centres.Your other responsibilities will also include, but not be limited to:
- Developing, monitoring and implementing project / change management plans
- Developing and maintaining project SharePoint pages and eLearning modules
- Leading stakeholder consultation and communication plans
- Supporting executive briefings on project implementation
- General support to the Project Leads when needed
This is a great opportunity for a candidate who has strong project management and implementation experience to make a tangible impact on Public Health.To be considered for this role, you will be an Australian citizen and have the following skills and experience:
- Formal qualification in Project Management will be ideal
- Excellent Project and Change Management experience
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- High level of internal and external stakeholder interaction skills
- Previous experience working with QMS will be highly regarded
