We are seeking a skilled and experienced Change Management Professional to join our Federal Government team and drive division-wide change management initiatives. This position plays a pivotal role in facilitating a smooth transition during a significant phase of digital uplift. As part of their team, you will be instrumental in planning and implementing change strategies to maximize the benefits of ongoing transformations.
This is a 12-month labour hire position with potential for extension. Commencement ASAP, preferably in conjunction with the consultancy to develop an overarching Change Management Framework. Australian Citizenship is required for employment in this role.
Baseline security clearance is mandatory, and successful candidates will need to obtain and maintain this clearance. Key Responsibilities: Apply structured methodology, tools, and processes to create a strategy supporting the adoption of necessary changes.
