We are seeking nurturing, caring and gentle Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualified Educators to join our nature inspired community. As an Educator, the ideal candidate will – 

• Nurture, care and educate children from birth to 5 years of age.
• Deliver a safe, nurturing environment where children feel heard, safe and supported to be inspired and embrace who they are
• Foster warm and welcoming relationships amongst the space, from children to families to educators
• Empower and have an open mind by working collaboratively 
• Dedicated to delivering a nurturing environment
   

Qualifications required – 

• Current valid Blue Card
• Be willing to work 3-5 days per week
• Have a flexible working schedule 
• Be working towards or obtaining either a Certificate 3 or Diploma of Early Education & Care 
• Hold an understanding of Early Years Learning Framework & National Quality Standards
• Current Child Protection Training or willing to obtain 
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate or willingness to obtain
