Our team comprises highly experienced tradespeople with apprentices' who are dedicated to providing exceptional client service.
About the role
QSD Electrical is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Administration Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Manager and Lead Electrician, this role will include the following admin support tasks. Duties and responsibilities include:
Play a key role in supporting our office and field teams.
Customer service – responding to phone and email enquiries; providing support to the team in the field as required; and liaising with corporate and commercial clients.
Administration – schedule and manage job bookings; create quotes and invoices; create documents as required; liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, external stakeholders. Using software, including Google suite, MYOB, and Service M8.
Procurement – order supplies; manage fleet and equipment; order and arrange collection of parts.
WHS - maintain an up to date suite of Workplace Health and Safety documenation relavant to our industry and works.
Skills and experience
Prior working experience in an administrative/office support position in the electrical industry
Proven ability to use the Google Suite
Proven ability to problem-solve and have strong organisational skills
Confidence to work collaboratively and autonomously.
