Form of workGAF TECH Pty Ltd, with its depot located near Seven Hills, in Western Sydney, is a Level 2 Accredited Electricity Service Provider that has been working on Endeavour Energy and Ausgrid electricity distribution networks for over 25 years.
We are seeking additional field staff within our electrical division. We are offering a permanent full time position for an Apprentice Electrician who is highly motivated and eager to learn about the electricity distribution industry.
Duties:
- Use hand and power tools to install and maintain power network infrastructure.
- Assist with carrying out specific testing at switchboards and recording information.
- Removal of electricity metering devices and replacement with digital smart meters.
- Assist with upgrading of all types of switchboards.
Requirements:
- Must have WHS white card.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team work qualities.
- Knowledge and commitment to work, health and safety.
- Must be a dedicated worker.
