About us: 
VTS Cranes & Hoists, leaders in the tower crane & hoist industry, is seeking an experienced Tower Crane & Hoist Electrician/Technician. Applicants must be experienced in electric tower crane including on-ground testing, erection, maintenance and dismantle processes.
 
Successful candidates must have: 

• Electrical / mechanical aptitude - a good problem solver
• Experience in Auto Electrics or Aircon & Refrigeration highly regarded
• Completed a Cert II in Electrotechnology highly regarded
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, customers and service technicians
• C class drivers licence and own transport essential (Manual is preferred). LR / MR licence desirable but not essential. 
• Construction White Card and Working at Heights Licence - Required
• Must have flexible working hours.
• Reliable and Hardworking
• Willingness to learn
• Good attitude

Key Duties

• Carry out routine service, maintenance and repairs on all our tower cranes and man & material hoists (Yongmao, Comedil, GJJ). 
• Carry out concise and methodical diagnostic & troubleshooting of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
• Conduct examinations of components using specialist tools and equipment
• Complete detailed service reporting and manufacturers documentation
• Pre-erection testing equipment
• Attend erection and dismantling of tower cranes and hoists 
• Commissioning of tower cranes and hoists 
• Be prepared to work in the field/on-site as required
• Maintain the professional profile and high standards of VTS Cranes & Hoists
