Are you looking for a 6 to 12 Month ContractElectrical Design Engineer role? Our partner, who is a leading global provider of mission critical air and gas handling products for the mining industry, is seeking the services of an experienced professional c2613583b0b6f8e669db0b8f04bb2ab6 to help manage a significant peak in their workload based out of their office in Baulkham Hills.
Your role

• To provide electrical engineering design and drafting services to required technical and quality standards, within time schedule and budget, for projects and tenders.
• To design electrical, control and instrumentation solutions in accordance with customer specifications, statutory requirements and our partner's quality standards.
• To support tendering of mine turnkey proposals by interpreting customer's specifications and assisting in scope definition and costing.
  

About You

• Minimum Bachelor of Engineering Degree Qualification, most likely in Electrical Engineering.
• Ability to use E-Plan and AutoCAD Electrical (smart features) for design work and drawing update
• A strong working knowledge of relevant Australian Standards including the ones related to mines and Health Regulation based on around 5 years experience in the industry in Australia
• Knowledge of Electrical Control and Instrumentation (EC&I) systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team
