Form of workWe are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Electronics/ Electrical Manufacturing Supervisor to join our company. Join a company committed to achieving World Class Manufacturing standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of up to 15 electrical team members
- Ensure production schedules are met and jobs are completed on time
- Identify and implement continous improvement
- Ensure SOPs are up to date and followed dilgently
- Problem solve to address production issues
- Work closely with the team to upskill, motivate, and continuous devlopment of their performance
- Read and interpret schematics drawings for production processes
- Ensure WH&S requirements are met
- Participate in production meetings
Requirements:
- Trade background not required but is desirable
- Having a fundamental understanding of LEAN manufacturing and the 5S principals is advantageous
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing sector
- Demonstrate resource management capabilites, possess strong organisational and time management skills
