This role is a member of a hardworking, proactive and committed team who are responsible for the daily maintenance and continuous improvement of our plant.
You will be responsible for:
- Reviewing equipment performance, availability and breakdowns to identify reliability improvement plans;
- Troubleshooting day-to-day problems and recommending simple and robust solutions;
- Developing and updating maintenance lifecycle plans for all critical equipment and continually seek opportunities to improve our maintenance strategies;
- Leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations into equipment and system breakdowns; and
- Facilitating capital and/or operational project works from feasibility to commissioning with responsibility for planning, design, execution and maintenance planning.
This role would suit a qualified Electrical Engineer with experience in a similar role and environment. You will also have:
- Demonstrated experience working with and managing:
- High Voltage Assets including Powerlines, transformers, substations, protection systems and other high voltage assets
- HV and LV motors and VVVFs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be self-motivated with a positive attitude; and
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering and proven post-graduate experience.
