We believe in the talent and strength of our team, so that, in aim to keep growing together, we are looking for 2 Electrical Engineers for our Walla Walla solar farm Project and Wellington North Solar Farm.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Testing of the prototypes designed by the R&D department on a test bench.
- Factory review of both the products and the manufacturing process and quality control carried out by the suppliers.
- Organization of the work of the department technicians.
- On-site control and supervision of the start-up work of the control systems of the trackers and of the monitoring systems installed in the field: daily progress reports, control of technical personnel, control of expenses of the displaced equipment, communication with the client.
- Training of the new technicians incorporated into the team.
- Technical support to O&M personnel during the plant's warranty period.
- Analysis of the behavior of the installed systems to carry out reliability studies, introduction of changes in the design, etc.
Requirements
- Engineering Qualifications, technical or higher and specialised in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
- English: professional competency.
- At least two or three (2-3) years experience in positions with similar functions.
- Other requirements include:
- Drivers license;
- Proven experience working with photovoltaic technologies.
- Experience on international work sites desirable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365;
- Knowledge of PV technology;
- Knowledge of thermographic inspections; and
- Skilled to use measurement electrical equipment.
- The position is full time (38 hours).
- Location is Walla Walla NSW (2659) / Wellington NSW (2820).
- Immediate start.
