We seek a highly motivated and skilled Electrical Engineering Technician to join our team in Waterloo, NSW.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects and staff from conception to completion and in addition to designing and manufacturing electrical systems for both 12V and 240V. Ensuring that these systems meet all regulatory requirements and are installed proficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects and stages of the build, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, in particular the electrical system installation, which is required to pass independent testing and certification.
• Collaborate with design teams and different build departments to develop optimal layouts and schematics for campervan conversions and warehouse process to ensure timely production and delivery of motorhomes.
• Source and select appropriate electrical components and materials for each project. Oversee and on occasion install, troubleshoot, and test electrical systems, including, but not limited to solar panels, batteries, inverters, chargers, appliances, lighting, and communication devices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous quality control
• Strong understanding of control systems, hardware, and calibration processes.
• Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design and layout.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license.
