Our recipes are authentic, our ingredients are sourced locally from Australian suppliers.We are currently looking for a competent and qualified Electrical Engineering Technician to join our team in Clyde North VIC.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Trouble shooting, up-gradation, migration and installation of PLC, servomotor, VFD and HMI hardware for related to general maintenance or new fabrication facilities includes of logic design, panel fabrication, assembly and interface with machine .
- Distribute and control of power supply and monitor the usage and maintained power factor.
- Application of automation using plc control system, robotsand new technology to meet customer requirements.
- Provide ongoing maintenance support for production and hands of development for enhance production and reduce cost.
- Prepare device input and output list as well as commissioning assistance.
- Must have knowledge of centrifugal pump, gas burner and electricity and utility application such as water treatment plant operation, air compressor.
- Must have knowledge of pneumatic equipment and hydraulic equipments and their maintenance.
- He will direct and control cost of operation of maintenance department in meeting plant and equipment needs.
- Initiate preventive maintenance programs to minimize maintenance cost of all production equipment.
- Prepare and initiate forms and procedure to control maintenance function.
- Setup and maintain equipment inventory, repair and record on all plant machinery.
- Schedule, assign maintenance and repair priorities on normal plant building and equipment maintenance needs.
- Determine the manpower needs of the department to smoothly support all plant production and utility equipments to meet overall objectives and daily activities required to properly maintain plant operation.
- Participate in workplace safety and health safety meeting.
- Ensure all team members have appropriate safety and provide machine safe working operation, accident prevention and investigation training.
- Ensure safety and health hazards are correctly eliminated or guarded.
- Assess engineering control, administrative control and PPE on going basis.
- Assist in the investigation of accidents.
- Prepare emergency plan at any circumstance.
- Technical education Master's degree/ bachelor's degree or related equivalent discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in automation and maintenance of equipments and facility installations (engineers, technicians, technologists, etc.).
- Prove track record in effective maintenance resource planning , with budgetary oversight.
- Self-motivated with the capability to set and accomplish goals independently.
- Proven aptitude in teamwork, leadership and planning.
- Should have knowledge of machine development and erection of machine, plumbing and STP plants and gas bank.
