We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Site Foreman to join our small, friendly team! We are looking for someone who has previous experience in supervising and carrying out Industrial Electrical Service & Installation works and is eager to take on this new and exciting opportunity.
The work type is varied from installation and maintenance on boat navigation locks, to civil works through to the supply and installation of pumps and ancillary equipment.
The role:
- Supervising Electricians and Apprentices
- Completing daily paper work and liaising with administration staff
- Undertake minor installation and upgrade works direct for clients
- Fault finding and repair of electrical components and infrastructure
- Complete electrical maintenance activities with a high degree of detail
- Testing and commissioning of electrical installations
About you:
- Current QLD Electrical Mechanic’s licence
- Current QLD Manual Driver’s Licence
- Construction White card
- Past experience of planning and supervising day to day tasks for a small team
- Proven Ability to work in a sometimes physically demanding environment.
- Proven Ability to work in a semi-autonomous environment working across multiple sites
- Ability to use mobile devices such as tablets, iPads and laptops
- Flexible and available to work 40+ hours per week
- Flexible to complete work throughout the Sunshine Coast and Northern Brisbane Suburbs
