NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical, 18th Edition, and Inspection & Testing qualifications.
Teaching qualification (e.g., PTTLS) is preferable.
Proven experience in teaching and supporting young people.
A calm and adaptable approach to managing challenging behaviours.
Strong motivational skills to re-engage disaffected learners.
Excellent attention to detail for administrative tasks related to student management.
