What does your role look like?
As the Electrical Maintenance Manager at our Haywards site in Margate, you will be leading an incredible team of people and ensuring the upkeep of our facilities and vessels.
This full-time role will be based in Margate, around 20 minutes south of Hobart, in the picturesque Channel. What better place to undertake some of your responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate Electrical Maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems and equipment.
- Lead a skilled team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions to minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
- Facilitate and organise underwater lighting program including repairs, maintenance, and support.
What can you bring?
- Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and equipment.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in Electrical Maintenance.
- Full work rights in Australia.
