You will join a diverse team and have the opportunity to advance your career with an innovative company dedicated to safety, environmental management, inclusion and diversity.As the Supervisor Electrical Shovels, you will lead a multi-trade maintenance team providing task assignment and people development for the team, managing and prioritising workload while maintaining a safe, effective, and harmonious workplace ensuring the maintenance team interacts efficiently with other maintenance personnel, operations and external parties in the performance of the works.Working with other supervisors at a collegiate level to resolve short interval challenges to production and the plan, you will be the single point of contact for your team, setting clear expectations, providing on the job monitoring, short interval control and troubleshooting of a large HME fleet.The Supervisor Electrical Shovels is responsible for ensuring all High Voltage Electrical installations and work at the Boddington Gold Mine complies with all relevant statutory and safety requirements and will provide technical support and supervision to the HV Electrical Technicians.The Benefits

- The ability to be appointed as an Electrical supervisor.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and standards
- Significant High Voltage Switching and HV power reticulation experience.
- Ability to lead work teams and apply analytical think in problem solving.
- Proven ability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously and in an environment of conflicting priorities is essential.
- Mobile Maintenance Supervisory experience with preference to experience in coordinating component rebuilds of Electric Rope Shovels and Hydraulic Excavators.
- Ability to mentor area execution teams in predictive technologies and tools.
- Sound understanding of maintenance work management processes and systems.
- Experience with managing maintenance work utilising a CMMS system (prefer SAP).
- Experience with developing maintenance budgets.
- Certificate of Frontline Management or equivalent.
- Motivated, dynamic, organized, disciplined, and responsible.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
